Tracy Gregory General Manager Management Team
A loyal individual with a passion for customer service and sales. Tracy has worked within the fire industry for over 27 years, the last five years being with TG Products, starting as the UK Sales Manager. Her career began as an office junior and she progressed through the ranks to her GM role.
In her spare time, Tracy is a very successful volunteer fundraiser for The Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity, an organisation that she had been part of for the past eight years. She also enjoy socialising and travelling.
Lorraine Kay Administration Supervisor Customer Service Team
A driven individual with a passion for customer service; having worked as a team leader/manager for over 30 years’ in customer focused roles, her priority is to ensure the customer experience is at the heart of everything. Professional and approachable Lorraine has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate teams.
In her spare time, Lorraine walks her Cocker Spaniel ‘Alfie’ or is in the kitchen enjoying recreating recipes found on Pinterest.
Tina Brown Sales Administrator Customer Service Team
Customer service comes as second nature to Tina who has worked within a customer focused environment for the whole of her career, the last 12 years’ being with TG Products. Away from her role, she enjoys spending time with her family, in particular a relatively new addition, her 3 year old grandson.
Leisure time is spent walking Dolly her 12 year old Cocker spaniel just on her doorstep in the Yorkshire countryside.
Sarah Sharples Export Administrator Customer Service Team
With having over 20 years’ experience in customer service, she is really happy to be part of the new team and is looking forward to getting to know TG customers and the whole product range.
Outside of work, Sarah is a big fan of outdoor pursuits including walking, mountain biking and sailing. Also enjoying walking her crazy Manchester terrier and involving herself in dog agility groups with Jasper. In her chill out time, she likes to read a good book or watch a movie.
Claire Fish Customer Service Administrator Customer Service Team
Claire is a new member to the TG team having transferred over from the Chubb side of the business. Over the last 15 years she has worked in both Blackburn and Manchester branches carrying out various tasks with the security and fire departments.
She brings a good knowledge of the industry and years of working experience within customer service to the team.
During her spare time Claire enjoys being with her family, baking, travelling, walking, socialising and watching films, including box sets – her favourite of all time being Peaky Blinders.
Nafees Hussain Customer Service Administrator Customer Service Team
As a new member of the TG team Nafees has come from a background in science and previously worked within the NHS and an educational environment. She has a can do attitude, and always is happy to help.
Outside of work she enjoys busy weekends as a wedding photographer and also enjoys cooking, with the occasional bake (and being mischievous)!
Sara Yasin Customer Service Administrator Customer Service Team
With over 20 years’ experience in customer service Sara is really pleased to be part of the new TG customer service team. She is really looking forward to getting to know all the customers and understanding the full product range from TG Products.
Outside of work Sara is a devoted mum to 5 lovely grown up boys and a cat called Cookie. Sara loves to bake and has a passion for cricket, including playing in cricket matches herself.
Louise McLeod Customer Service Administrator Customer Service Team
Having a background in customer service, Louise brings over 20 years of experience to her role. She enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and gets great satisfaction in knowing that she has helped and resolved customer queries or problems.
At home she enjoys gardening and is passionate about food, whether cooking or eating and is a bit of a wine connoisseur. Chin Chin!
Danielle Blaire Customer Service Administrator Customer Service Team
Having worked within customer service for over 10 years in various roles Danielle started her working journey in a successful restaurant. She then worked as a nursing assistant in the veterinary industry, before going into customer service with TG.
In her spare time she enjoys dog walking and going to the gym. She also runs an annual charity pet dog show at Great Harwood Agricultural Show.
David Shirt Transport Supervisor Transport Team
David has over 25 years experience in logistics and is an ambitious individual who loves his job.
In his role at TG he aims to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring the successful transportation of goods from the warehouse direct to the customer. Previously, David’s job involved transporting hundreds of thousands of school children around Europe on school trips, to now transporting hundreds of thousands of fire extinguishers and ancillary products around the UK!
In his spare time David’s hobbies include spending lots of time outdoors with his two young children, and eating copious amounts of crisps and cake!!
Michael Ryan Business Development Manager Sales Team
Michael has worked for TG for over 16 years having started in the role of internal sales then becoming a Business Development Manager. As a team player, who is customer focussed, Michael enjoys many longstanding customer relationships, which have been established over the years. His aim is to support customers in their ambitions to grow their business.
As an ardent football fan, Michael has a season ticket for Manchester United. Travel is another passion but with the arrival of his young son Max, holidays are now mostly in UK.
Michael Mulvaney Internal Account Manager Sales Team
Michael has a passion for customer service and sales. He believes in getting it right for the customer in the first instance.
Having worked in sales and service roles since leaving school, his roles have ranged from home shopping to the fire industry. He joined TG Products in 2016 as an office based Sales Executive and has increased sales year on year. His role at TG Products has enabled him to build relationships with customers and deliver solutions to challenges over the years.
Out of working hours Michael enjoys spending time with his partner and three children. He is also an avid football fan, travelling to places such as Germany and The Netherlands to watch teams play. He has an ambition to watch a team from every major European league in the coming years.
